Yes. Residents receive weekly housekeeping services.

Laundry services are included for assisted living residents.

Monthly rent includes nutritious meals daily, housekeeping, utilities (excluding internet, phone), scheduled transportation, concierge and maintenance services, wellness programs, social activities and access to exceptional amenities. Assisted living residents also receive personalized support with activities of daily living, all-inclusive care and laundry service.

Yes, our one-time non-refundable community entrance fee helps offset administrative costs.

No. Utilities are included in your monthly rent. The community covers standard utilities, including electricity, water, sewer, and trash service. Residents are only responsible for optional services such as Internet and phone services.

The community entrance fee, second-person fee and pet fees are not included in the monthly rent.

No. Our all-inclusive care services, including medication management, are provided at a flat rate and included in the monthly rent for assisted living residents. Our team works closely with residents and their families to determine the appropriate level of personalized care and support based on individual needs.

Yes, we have ample on-site parking for residents, team members and guests. We also offer scheduled transportation at no additional cost.

We offer a variety of floor plans with either full kitchens or kitchenettes, providing flexibility to suit each resident’s lifestyle and preferences.

Yes. Crossroads at Northglenn Assisted Living is a pet-friendly community. There is a one-time refundable pet deposit and a small monthly pet fee.

Crossroads at Northglenn Assisted Living is a private pay retirement community and does not accept Medicaid or Medicare. We do accept some long-term care insurance and Veterans Administration Aid and Attendance benefits, which can greatly reduce rental costs for veterans and their spouses. Yes. Team members are on-site 24/7. We also offer emergency call systems in all our apartments and emergency alert pendants are available upon request.
